Approximately 6 months ago, my husband and I took my 2001 Sequoia to this establishment to have the power steering line, timing belt, spark plugs, front and rear brakes replaced ($2000 worth of work). While the car was in the possession of the shop, we recieved a call stating they were having difficulty getting the wheels off and did we have the wheel lock key. We informed them where it was located and they proceeded without any reported problems or incidents. Fast forward to yesterday, we were attempting to have get the annual inspection completed and it was brought to our attention by a different shop that two lug nut studs are damaged and would therefore be an automatic fail, we are now faced with the unexpected expense of a repair, not to mention the potential dangers of riding around with the vehicle in that condition for all this time. Having placed a call there this morning to explain the situation and express my dismay and dissatisfaction, I perceived "Chris", the person who answered the phone and identified himself as the owner, regarded my claim with skepticism, was quite glib and rather patronizing. He went on and on about how "my guys would never..." and how "my guys would always come to me if they damaged something or did something wrong". It was as if we were talking about his children, not his employees...who are apparently infallible by his account. As a customer, I feel dismissed and uncared for. As a former customer, I feel relieved that they can do no further surreptitious damage and put my family at risk. Can no longer recommend. Trust your instincts and seek car care elsewhere.

Wonderful experience at Ultimate Car Care. Chris makes sure you understand everything they are doing and lets you know if some things can wait to be done. They do great work and don't rip you off. I will for sure be coming back!!!

These guys are a great value! They took great care of me when I had to have an alternator put onto our Rav4. Turns out the alternator I had purchased from Oh, Oh, Oh, O' Riley's was damaged (brand new mind you) and instead of like having us to deal with it, they ordered the replacement one and sent the damaged one back in an effort to not have to keep our car another day. Top notch guys here! I recommend them. Love the fact that they will put your parts on if you've already purchased them! I will be back once again soon!

I'm new to this side of town and I can't tell you how relieved I am to have found a shop that has a friendly, straight shooter like Chris! He was honest, thorough, and happy to have my business. He had my trust from day one and since I have an, oldie but a goodie vehicle, that is of utmost importance to me. He never tried to over sell me, and he even gave my pointers for my diy projects.
